Our client is on of India’s best Plastic-Reconstructive Surgery and Mental Rehabilitation health care hospitals. This is a 40-bed facility based in Bengaluru. Their In-Patient services are being provided under various specialties and are proving to be increasingly popular both with the patients (private ward occupants and the paying category) and physicians alike in view of the facilities available, the standardisation of the charges – costs involved, and the affordability – economics involved.

Our clients wanted they wanted to establish themselves as a new paradigm in the provision of healthcare, particularly for marginalised communities, through accessible, affordable, available, accountable, and ethical practices.
With these objectives, driving automation across clinical, financial, and operational aspects of the hospitals was critical, because the automation would enable doctors to spend the maximum possible time on patient care.
Since this was the first client we launched our software with, we were able to get a deep understanding of how a hospital works. The support provided by the doctors and the staff was invaluable in providing us easy access to all impact areas requiring our software.
At the same time, with the appropriate processes in place, the client was also able to better monitor the changes occurring at the operations and clinical levels. The HealthScore software provided an important touchpoint for the organisation for implementing further improvements.
We successfully developed and implemented our flagship product for the hospital.
The key modules implemented were scheduling, billing, pharmacy, inventory, appointments, and the laboratory and clinical modules. The clinical module included vitals, clinical notes, digital prescriptions, assessment scales, care plans, and auto-coded clinical analysis using SNOMED CT.
With our automated software, tally import, In-patient, and insurance billing sped up considerably at the care facility. We also automated the surgical and discharge summary for the team.
Whether for the management team requiring a view of real-time revenue or clinicians from multi-disciplinary teams collaborating efficiently on the treatment of every single patient, the right information at the right time was available to the authorized individual.
